Dr. Dyson is a Georgetown University sociology professor, a New York Times contributing opinion writer, and a contributing editor of The New Republic. His appearance is part of the Dr. William G. Anderson Lecture Series, “Slavery to Freedom,” in partnership with the MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine. Held at the Kellogg Center in East Lansing.
