Rent Smart is designed to help those individuals who have little to no rental experience and those who have had difficulty obtaining rental housing. In this program, you will learn the knowledge and skills that you need to be a successful tenant and understand tenant’s and landlord’s rights and responsibilities. Participants who complete all 3 sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion. This program has been adapted from the University of Wisconsin Division of Extension Rent Smart program.
